2016 Trades

I received two packages in the mail, consisting entirely of 2016 cards.  One was a tough-to-find insert and the other was full of some base, a couple of inserts, and a parallel.  

1.  David Price.  The Bazooka inserts are tough pulls.  I have never pulled one.  The fact that this is a David Price card makes this much better.  The uniform is clearly air-brushed, but that is okay.  Soon, there will be actual Price cards.

2.  Mookie Betts.  This is my third version of this card to go along with the base card and the Yellow Test Proof.

3.  Henry Owens.  Owens will start the season off in Pawtucket and be among the starting pitching depth.  Hopefully he will be ready to step into the rotation full-time soon.

4.  Rafael Devers.  The Salem Red Sox will be very good this year, with Devers, Yoan Moncada, and Andrew Benintendi all starting out there.  Devers has the most power of any Red Sox prospect.

5.  Carl Yastrzemski.

6.  Pedro Martinez.

7.  David Ortiz.

8.  Eduardo Rodriguez.  Unfortunately Rodriguez will be starting the season on the disabled list.  He was anticipated to be Boston's #2 starter this season.  Hopefully he will come back strong.
