More TCDB Trades

I have been doing quite a few trades lately.  This post will show a couple small ones, five cards each.

The original version of this trade featured a refractor of a former prospect named Tony Granadillo.  I decided to counter the offer and put in that Jose Canseco card.  I just didn't have a ton of interest in a prospect card of a guy who never made the Majors.  The Ted Williams is a favorite for obvious reasons and I am two cards closer to the 2025 Topps team set.

Nice collection of players here.  We have David Ortiz, who I am considering elevating to my second-largest player (which would require about 150 cards, doable, but a big project), Babe Ruth and Marcelo Mayer.  Then there are two guys who were traded at trading deadlines.  Craig Hansen was a first-round pick who never reached his potential and was traded to Pittsburgh as part of the Manny Ramirez-Jason Bay trade.  Niko Kavadas was one of several players sent away at last year's deadline.  Granted a lot of those players would have been eligible for the Rule 5 Draft, but they really didn't get much value for them.  Kavadas, along with Ryan Zeferjahn and Matthew Lugo were sent to the Angels for Luis Garcia, who had an 8.22 ERA in 15 games.  Kavadas hit four home runs last year in 30 games.  Boston also sent Eddinson Paulino, Cutter Coffey and Gilberto Batista for Danny Jansen who hit just .188/.323/.300.  Not great.
